Frequently Asked Questions
Packages that are shipped through USPS First Class Mail usually takes 3 – 5 days to get delivered. Packages that are shipped through USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 – 3 days to get delivered.
After the initial processing time which can take up to 24 hours, your page will be shipped through USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 days.

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Just Sensation unfortunately would not take responsibility.
Once your package is shipped, we will send you a notification to the billing email address that you provided at checkout.
